Chef Miguel Ángel Guerrero – creator of the renowned Baja Med kitchen – and the chefs in charge of the kitchen at Sunset Monalisa – Héctor Morales, executive sous-chef and Jacob Ramos, executive chef of Grupo Monalisa – will take you on a culinary journey with a 5-course menu exclusively designed for this night of celebration. You can also complement your dinner with a delicate deluxe wine pairing, which will be in charge of our sommelier Max Ortiz. Also, different pairings of Tequila, Mezcal, or exquisite drinks from our cocktail menu “The Power of Nature”, created by the talented mixologist Tiziano Tasso.
