Chef's Organic Garden

At Sunset Monalisa, we believe in the importance of using fresh, locally sourced ingredients in our dishes. That’s why our Executive Chef Hector Morales started the Chef’s Organic Garden, an initiative designed to support local farmers and provide the healthiest and freshest produce for our restaurant.

Located in the beautiful Los Cabos region of Mexico, the Chef’s Organic Garden is a stunning oasis of greenery that showcases our commitment to sustainability, responsible consumption, and community engagement. The garden is a testament to our belief that food should be as delicious as it is healthy, and that sourcing ingredients responsibly is key to achieving that goal.

The garden is tended to by a dedicated team of professionals, led by Chef Morales, who work tirelessly to ensure that our crops are of the highest quality. We grow a variety of vegetables and herbs, including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, kale, spinach, basil, and more. Each crop is carefully selected based on what will thrive in our local climate and soil, and we use only organic and sustainable growing practices.

By partnering with local farmers and purchasing their produce, we not only ensure that our dishes are of the highest quality, but we also reduce our carbon footprint and support the local economy. We work closely with local farmers and suppliers to source the seeds, fertilizer, and equipment needed to maintain our garden, which provides a much-needed boost to the local agricultural industry.

One of the most exciting aspects of the Chef’s Organic Garden is the opportunity it provides for our guests to experience the farm-to-table process firsthand. Guests are welcome to take a tour of the garden, led by one of our knowledgeable staff members, and learn about the different crops we grow, how we care for them, and how they make their way onto the plate.

At Sunset Monalisa, we believe that food is a powerful tool for change and that we have a responsibility to use it to promote sustainability, health, and community engagement. The Chef’s Organic Garden is just one of the ways we’re putting that belief into action, and we’re proud to be able to share the fruits of our labor with our guests and the community in the Los Cabos region.
